Instructions:
There are two ways to get to the "Change Password" screen from your main dashboard.
Method 1: Using the Top-Right User Menu
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select My Change Password.
Method 2: Using the Main Navigation Menu
- Click the three-line icon (☰) at the top-left to open the main navigation menu.
- At the bottom of the menu that slides out, click My Change Password.
Changing Your Password:
Both methods will take you to the same "Change Password" page.
- In the Current Password field, type the password you used to log in.
- In the New Password field, type your desired new password.
- In the New Password Confirmation field, re-type your new password exactly.
- Click the Change Password button.
Password Requirements & Errors:
To keep your account secure, your new password must meet all of the following requirements. If it doesn't, you will see a red error message explaining what needs to be fixed.
- Be at least 10 characters long.
- Contain at least one UPPERCASE letter (A-Z).
- Contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z).
- Contain at least one digit (0-9).
- Contain at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %).
- The text in the "New Password" and "New Password Confirmation" fields must be identical.
- The password cannot be one that is known to have been exposed on the "Dark Web."
Expected Result: You will see a green success message confirming that "The password has been successfully changed." From here, you can click the Return to Dashboard link at the top-left to go back to your main CRM screen.
