How to Change Your Password

Instructions:

There are two ways to get to the "Change Password" screen from your main dashboard.

Method 1: Using the Top-Right User Menu

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu that appears, select My Change Password.

Method 2: Using the Main Navigation Menu

  1. Click the three-line icon (☰) at the top-left to open the main navigation menu.
  2. At the bottom of the menu that slides out, click My Change Password.

Changing Your Password:

Both methods will take you to the same "Change Password" page.

  1. In the Current Password field, type the password you used to log in.
  2. In the New Password field, type your desired new password.
  3. In the New Password Confirmation field, re-type your new password exactly.
  4. Click the Change Password button.

Password Requirements & Errors:

To keep your account secure, your new password must meet all of the following requirements. If it doesn't, you will see a red error message explaining what needs to be fixed.

  • Be at least 10 characters long.
  • Contain at least one UPPERCASE letter (A-Z).
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z).
  • Contain at least one digit (0-9).
  • Contain at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %).
  • The text in the "New Password" and "New Password Confirmation" fields must be identical.
  • The password cannot be one that is known to have been exposed on the "Dark Web."

Expected Result: You will see a green success message confirming that "The password has been successfully changed." From here, you can click the Return to Dashboard link at the top-left to go back to your main CRM screen.
