How to Get Here:
- Navigate to the detail page for the Account you want to email.
- Click on the Email tab.
Instructions:
- The General sub-tab will be selected by default, showing the email composer.
- In the To field, enter the recipient's email address.
- If needed, enter addresses in the CC (Carbon Copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) fields.
- Enter a clear Subject for your email.
- Use the rich-text editor on the right to compose the body of your email.
- When you are ready, click the green Send Email button.
Expected Result
- After clicking Send Email, you will see a green success message at the top of the composer confirming the email has been sent.
- Additionally, a record of this communication will be automatically logged. If you click on the Grids sub-tab, you will now see this sent email in the history list.
