How to Get Here
- Navigate to the detail page for the Account whose history you want to view.
- Click on the Logs tab.
Understanding the Log
In a live environment, the grid will populate with a new entry every time an action is taken on the account. Examples of logged activities include:
- A user logging in to view the account.
- A user updating a field (e.g., changing a phone number or address).
- An email being sent from the account.
- A document being uploaded.
- Automated system actions or API calls.
Understanding the Columns
- View: Allows you to see the full details of a specific log entry.
- Category Name: The type of action that occurred (e.g., "User Login," "Field Update").
- Payload: The technical data associated with the action (e.g., the old and new values of a changed field).
- IP Address: The internet address from which the action was performed.
- Created: The exact timestamp of the action.
