Introduction
The Session Information module in Brilliance CRM provides a full audit trail of every user session. It shows who logged in, when, from where, what modules they accessed, and what actions they performed.
This feature is crucial for system monitoring, security auditing, compliance, and troubleshooting. Each session record includes three sub-tabs: General, Location, and Logs—giving you full visibility into session details.
How to Get Here
- From the left-hand Main Menu, click Security.
- Click Session Information to open the session log grid.
Understanding the Session Log Screen
Each row in the grid represents a session and displays:
- Group: User’s permission level (Admin, Employee, Vendor, etc.)
- Last Module: The last section the user visited.
- Browser & Language: User’s browser and interface language.
- IP Address: Where the session originated.
- TFA: Whether two-factor authentication is enabled.
- Active: If the session is still active.
- Last Login / Created: Timestamps of login and session creation.
Use the Search bar or Filter dropdown to find specific sessions. Click the Export to Excel icon to download all session data.
