Introduction
The Texting Settings panel in Brilliance CRM allows you to configure and manage your messaging provider (e.g., Twilio) for SMS, MMS, and Voice campaigns. This is essential for enabling outbound messages via the Send Messages module.
Each configuration record stores API credentials, phone numbers, language defaults, and message limitations.
How to Get Here
- Navigate to Communication > Send Messages.
- In the top-right corner, click View Texting Settings.
You’ll be taken to the Texting Configuration grid, where all messaging integrations are listed.
