Introduction
The General tab of a Keyword record in Brilliance CRM is where you define the basic configuration for a keyword campaign. This includes setting the actual keyword trigger, activation dates, templates, and links to compliance documents. It also allows you to generate a QR code that links directly to this keyword action.
How to Get Here
- Navigate to Communication > Keywords
- Click + Add New or select Edit on an existing keyword
- The tab will default to General
