Introduction
The Subscribers module in Brilliance CRM allows you to view, manage, and analyze contacts who have subscribed to your communications—whether through keywords, signup forms, texting campaigns, email newsletters, or website opt-ins.
This tool provides both a central list of all subscribers and a detailed profile for each, capturing contact info, referral details, engagement activity, and unsubscribe history.
How to Get Here
- In the left-hand menu, go to Communication > Subscribers
- Click + Add New Subscriber to manually create one, or click Edit to view or update existing entries
Subscriber Grid Overview
Each row in the grid represents a subscriber record.
Column | Description |
Edit | Opens the subscriber’s profile |
Regarding | The company or campaign the subscriber is tied to |
First Name / Last Name | Captured name (if provided) |
Email Address / Cell Phone | Primary contact channels |
Sent | Number of messages sent to the subscriber |
Bounces | Number of messages that failed to deliver |
Clicks | Number of tracked link clicks from campaigns |
Use the Search bar to locate specific records, and click Export to Excel for reporting or archival.
Subscriber Profile Tabs
When editing or adding a subscriber, you’ll see three tabs:
1. Subscriber
Field | Description |
Regarding | Associated company or campaign |
Email Address / Cell Phone | Primary contact info |
First / Last Name | Personal information (optional) |
Notes | Internal notes or preferences |
Active (toggle) | Whether this subscriber is currently opted-in |
Test User (toggle) | Flags this subscriber for testing (excluded from real campaigns) |
Confirmed (toggle) | Indicates verified opt-in or manual confirmation |
Use this tab for managing basic subscription info and tagging test entries.
2. General
Field | Description |
Referred By | Name or keyword of the referral source |
Confirmed Date / First Seen | When the subscriber confirmed or was first added |
Domain Authority / Backlinks | SEO-related fields for lead scoring (if applicable) |
Geolocation Fields | Country, City, State, Postal Code, Latitude/Longitude |
Internet Organization | ISP info from IP lookup |
Signup IP Address | Captured during form or message signup |
Primary URL / Referring Domain | Tracks where the signup originated |
TimeZone Offset | Helpful for campaign scheduling across time zones |

3. Unsubscriber
Field | Description |
Unsubscribe Date | Date the subscriber opted out |
Unsubscribe IP Address (Lookup) | IP captured during opt-out |
Location Fields | Country, City, State, Postal Code, GPS, ISP, Timezone |

The Subscribers module gives you complete visibility into every contact who has joined a communication list—whether through texting, web forms, QR codes, or manual entry. You can:
