To recover your password in the Brilliance CRM system you will do the following steps:
- From the login screen you will click on "Recover Your Password" button.
- You will then enter your "Account Code," if it's enabled on your system.
- You will enter your "Email address."
- Click on "Recover Password."
If the account code is enabled and you don't know it don't worry. The system will still try to recover your password.
Once submitted you will receive your email within five minutes. Don't forget to check your junk mail/spam folder.
