Many of the modules within Brilliance CRM have Documents. There is a knowledge base article for the Document's module. This is the documents within a given module. They work very similar.
- Docs
- Category: This is the category that you wish to assign to the document(s) being uploaded.
- Active: Whether the document is active or not. All documents uploaded this way are private and any document that is inactive is not available to be viewed.
- Description: This is the short title of the document. Think of this as a brief description, like the title of a book.
- Document Date: This is the date the document(s) should be associated with (e.g., the original document creation date).
- Start Date: This is the date the document is available to be viewed. If this is blank, there is no start date.
- End Date: This is the last date the document is available to be viewed. If this is blank, there is no end date.
- File(s): One or more files that you have selected to be uploaded.
- Description (Long): A longer description of the document(s) that you are uploading.
