Phone Overview

Store all of the phones that are needed that are associated with an address.

• Regarding (e.g., Account Name): This will change based on the module you access the information from (e.g., Account Name, Project Name, User Name, etc.) 
• Category: The category you are assigning to this phone number.
• Description: The description for this phone number (e.g., John's Cell Phone)
• Phone Number: The phone number.
• Icon Name: When used externally for the digital business card mode, this is the icon name used.
• Icon URL: When used externally for the digital business card mode, this is the icon URL used.
• Display Order: This is the order in which the phone number is displayed publicly as well as within the grid. The lower the number, the closer to the top it shows.
• Notes: Any notes that you have related to the number.
• Active: Is this phone number active to be displayed or used within the system.
• Display Publicly: Should this number be shown publicly if you use that functionality in the system.
• Display On Grid: Should this phone number be displayed on the primary module grid for searching.
• Allow SMS: Should this number be allowed to use SMS (text).
• Allow MMS: Should this number be allowed to use MMS (text with pictures).
• Allow Fax: Is this number capable of receiving fax messages.
