Date Overview

Store all of the phones that are needed that are associated with an address.

• Regarding (e.g., Account Name): This will change based on the module you access the information from (e.g., Account Name, Project Name, User Name, etc.) 
• Category: The category you are assigning to this date.
• Description: The description for this date (e.g., John's Birthday)
• Address Date: The date the address pertains to.
  • Note: If you are using a date range leave this date blank and put in a Start/End date below.
• Icon Name: When used externally for the digital business card mode, this is the icon name used.
• Icon URL: When used externally for the digital business card mode, this is the icon URL used.
• Display Order: This is the order in which the date is displayed publicly as well as within the grid. The lower the number, the closer to the top it shows.
• Remind Before Days: If you wish to be reminded about this date how many days before do you want to be reminded of this date.
• Start Date: This is the date start date. See Address date above for more details.
• End Date: This is the date end date. See Address date above for more details.
• Notes: Any notes that you have related to the number.
• Active: Is this date active to be displayed or used within the system.
• Is Holiday: Is this address considered to be a holiday.
• Remind Annually: Is this a recurring date that should have an annual reminder.
