How to Recover Your Password

Requirements:

  • You must know the Account Code and Email Address for your user account.

Instructions:

  1. From the main login page, click the Recover Your Password button.
  2. The page will update, and the "Password" field will disappear. Verify that your Account Code and Email Address are entered correctly.
  3. Click the Recover Password button a second time.
  4. You will see a green confirmation message on the screen. This message confirms that a recovery email has been sent. The next step is to check your email inbox.A close-up of a green signAI-generated content may be incorrect.
  5. Check your email inbox for an email from Brilliance CRM / Fawkes Digital Marketing. Note: Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox.A black and white screen with white textAI-generated content may be incorrect.
  6. This email contains a new, temporary password for your account.
  7. Return to the main login page and use your Account Code, your Email Address, and this new password to log in.
  8. Upon logging in, you will be immediately and automatically taken to a page forcing you to update your password.

  10. In the New Password field, create a new, permanent password for your account. You must follow all the security rules (e.g., 10 characters, uppercase, number, etc.).
  11. Click the Update Password button.

Expected Result: Your new, permanent password will be set, and you will be automatically logged in to the main dashboard. You will use this new password for all future logins.
