Symptom: After entering your login details and clicking "Log into the portal," you see a red error message that states: "The Account code, email address, and/or password is returning an error."
Causes and Solutions:
This error means that one or more of the three pieces of information you entered did not match the records in our system. Here are the steps to solve this:
- Check for Typos: Carefully re-type your Account Code, Email Address, and Password. Pay close attention to spelling and ensure your Caps Lock key is off. This is the most common cause of this error.
- You Have Forgotten Your Password: If you are sure your Account Code and Email Address are correct, you have likely forgotten your password. The next step is to reset it. Please see our guide below for instructions.
- You Have Forgotten Your Account Code: The Account Code is unique to your organization. If you are unsure what it is, please contact your internal system administrator.
